Progress

On Sundays I will post my progress (or lack of it) along with the weekend diet

Ok, first is my progress. Last week I weighed 184 pounds, and this week I have gone down three pounds and now am at 181! :D

Now, for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday's meals

Friday the 9th:
Breakfast: Woke up late, only had water
Lunch: Carrots and water
Snack: Tostitos and milk
Dinner: 6in turkey and lettuce sandwich and sprite
Exercise: None

Saturday the 10th:
Brunch: Two ego waffles with a glass of orange juice
Snack: Grapes and water
Dinner: Turkey, tomato, and lettuce sandwich with water and tater tots
Snack: Small bowl of chocolate chip ice cream
Exercise: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RMWBLG4syRQ and some other ab exercises

Sunday the 11th:
Breakfast: Fruity Pebbles
Lunch: Box macaroni and cheese
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Pork roast with water and french fries
Exercise: The ab exercises from above and 35 minutes of the elliptical machine

I'm glad I made some progress this week, it feels good knowing I'm on my way!
