Every 2 days

Ok so Im going to update every two days.
So the first day:
Cinnamon Oatmeal for breakfast
granola bar and fruitsnacks for lunch
afternoon snack: tortilla chips
steak and potatoe for dinner
uhhhmmm I forgot to excercise (We all make mistakes sometimes right?)
nighttime snack: Apple pie


today
More cinamon oatmeal for breakfast
granola bar and fritos for lunch
afternoon snack: white chedder cheese its
Sheperds pie for dinner
Nightime snack: Apple pie
Exercise: 10 minutes of yoga, 30 minutes of pilates

ok so by writing these few things down I already know what I have to fix. Less snacks, better lunch, and more exercise!
Write things down! It helps.

P.S. I should also write down drinks. :)
