Exercise

Ok, the first thing I have to say it to lose weight you must EXERCISE!
And guess what? WiiFit IS exercise. You don't know the amount of people who say it isn't. Now I'm not saying the balance games are exercise, because I don't believe they are, but the strength exercises, and the yoga ARE exercise. Another good exercise on Wiifit is the free run, you can set it to half an hour of running and change the channel and watch t.v. while exercising. But one thing I recommend is that if you do the WiiFit exercises, do at least an hour of them. What I like to do is half an hour of yoga and strength exercises then half an hour of running.

I don't usually do WiiFit, I usually use my elliptical machine for about 40 minutes, but I'm sure not everyone has an elliptical machine or has the money to run out and buy one. So if you don't have WiiFit or an elliptical machine you can always join a gym or if you can't do that just run around the block or around town! :)

P.S. ALWAYS stay hydrated. Drink water! If you don't drink enough water you hold onto water weight because your body thinks that it has to store all of the water it is getting, and you'll get bloated. So DINK WATER!
